This notice is a reminder that in January 1997, OSPI will close the 
electronic file on the 1995-96 school year enrollment data.

MONTHLY 1995-96 ENROLLMENT REPORTING (P-223, P-223H, P-223S, and P-240)

Any school district that has a revision to its 1995-96 monthly 
enrollment data should submit the revision on a signed paper form to its 
ESD.  For forms received by the ESD before 3:00 p.m. January 8, 1997, 
the ESD can make the changes to the electronic file for that year.  All 
changes must be made electronically by the ESD by 4:30 p.m. on January 
8.  Changes submitted by the deadline will be included in the 1995-96 
end-of-year adjustments prepared in January 1997.

SUBSEQUENT REVISIONS

School districts can report revised enrollments after the January 8 
deadline, until the State Auditor's audit of the school year is 
complete.  ESDs should forward to OSPI any paper forms containing 
revisions submitted by school districts after January 8.  OSPI can 
accept only those forms that have a school district signature and an ESD 
signature.
