After Testing

Hard copy score reports will be printed by Washington's testing vendor and shipped to districts between September 7 and 9 (estimated). The delivery date is later this year than we expect for future years, due to standard setting for EOCs.

While not a principal letter template, OSPI encourages schools and districts to include this letter with score reports to thank families for their participation this first year of the new tests.

Washington English Language Proficiency Assessment Results Letter
For families of students whose first language is not English. After an initial placement test is given, it is followed by an annual test to measure students’ growth in English language knowledge and skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking until additional help to learn English is no longer required.
