Migrating from Previous Endorsement to Current Endorsement
In order to use the Pathway chart, individuals must already hold an endorsement issued under current guidelines and competencies. Therefore, individuals with endorsements issued prior to September 1, 2003 (previous guidelines) will need to apply for the corresponding, current endorsement prior to using the Pathway chart.
Individuals, who have endorsements issued prior to September 1, 2003, must take the WEST-E test in that subject area in order to have the current standard of endorsements in order to add an endorsement to their certificate.
