To use the following pages and determine which options are available, you will need to know what type of certificate you hold and the date of expiration. If you have your original certificate, you can locate the certificate type and expiration date under your name on the document. If you do not have your certificate, we can provide you the certificate information if you email us a request and provide us your complete name (including former names) and date of birth.

Additional information for CTE Administrators requesting a CTE Conditional Certificate.
Worksite Learning and Career Choices - Due to recent reviews of WAC 181-77-068 Worksite Learning and Career Choices will no longer be available for CTE conditional certifications.
Our office cannot grant any CTE Conditionals for Worksite Learning and/or Worksite Learning and Career Choices. Even if completion the WSL course, our office cannot grant the CTE conditional certificate. The teacher/applicant will need to enroll in the BLOCK I (college/university route) or BLOCK II (Business and Industry route program) in an area other than Worksite Learning and work towards obtaining the CTE Initial.
If you have completed the Worksite Learning course, and hold a CTE
probationary, CTE initial or CTE continuing please use the Form 4075W and submit the signed original to our office.
