Helping English Language Learners Access State Mathematics and Science Tests: Report to the State Legislature (Jan. 2008): This document is a report on activities undertaken by OSPI to investigate ways to make state-level assessments, including but not limited to the Washington Assessment of Student Learning (WASL), more accessible to ELL students. The activities described in this document were supported by and in response to a mandate from the 2006 Legislature to study and report on assessment translations and other accommodations for ELL students.
