Sole Source Contracts

RCW 39.26.140(1) requires that prior to the contract start date, agencies make sole source contracts available for public inspection for a period of not less than ten (10) working days. To satisfy this requirement, OSPI publishes a list of proposed sole source contracts below.

Consultants contemplating any of the contracts below shall submit a capability statement detailing their ability to meet the state’s requirements within five (5) calendar days of the posting date.
