CPR Monitoring Tools
The CPR process consists of an OSPI team reviewing school districts' federal and selected state programs. The monitoring activities are designed to focus on the results of the school districts' efforts to implement critical requirements of the ESEA using available resources and flexibility provisions. Please note: for the purposes of the Consolidated Program Review (CPR) 2015-16 and the Program Monitor tool, all entities that act as school districts may be referred to as "district" rather than charter school, tribal compact school, Educational Service District (ESD), or other Local Education Agency (LEA).
OSPI will conduct the following types of CPR monitoring reviews in the 2015-16 school year:
- regional ESD rotation to include on-site and desk
- statewide selected on-site reviews
- four largest districts by federal allocation (reviewed annually)
- select fiscal-only reviews
