This bulletin provides instructions for school districts to complete an annual assurance form through iGrants Form Package 447.

The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), Child Nutrition Services (CNS), is federally mandated to annually compile data on various aspects of food service operations and the accounting of federal funds.
